At Selene, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
